This isn’t at our studio, Kana. This is just a short distance away at SBC in Roswell. There, I teach Fly Gym, aerial fitness based in yoga poses. And between yoga classes or days I’m not working as much, I like to figure out how to link some of these poses together in the air. This is me just working toward a sequence for hip-opening and inversions. Being upside down feels great on this yogini’s back. Grateful to have something so fun and wonderful in Roswell and to be able to share with others interested in yoga in the air.
